Conquer the results as targeted this summer

Summer is here, and surely you know someone who is preparing for the heat with crash diets.
You may even already be reducing portions and cutting foods that supposedly attack the silhouette, which can affect health and does not always result in pounds less. But what do you think if I told you already have all the resources needed to lose weight healthy?

The NLP is a science that helps man to use his brain favorably to achieve the results you want. It is a study of inner experiences, which offers a means of self knowledge, access and development of creative potential. NLP is like an instruction manual for the mind. Being applied to healthy weight loss, offers numerous emotional tools for perfect control of the cognitive functions of the human being, generating a good physical, mental and consequently the desired weight loss.
Every thought that the person has about life, about yourself or about your body works as a self-fulfilling prophecy. We want to feel confident, healthy and slim, but the fear of not losing weight generated by thoughts direct attention to the grievances already known about their own body - as "do not want to have that weight" or "I can not stand that belly". These statements create a negative internal state.

The internal state is a combination of our thoughts, emotions and feelings responsible for our way of being and acting. Lasting negative internal states affect health and bring the effect of increasing the production Cortizol (stress hormone), affecting the metabolism of action. If the person says it wants to remain lean and has a feeling that will not get, is this doubt that his neurophysiological system will respond.
The process of weight loss through techniques and strategies of NLP is mainly evolutionary and transformative as it provides learning new useful and healthy behavioral skills. You can reprogram your mind, causing it to move from a negative state to a positive state for the simple choice of words and more appropriate and assertive internal images. Create motivational phrases that are congruent with the weight loss process, such as "I am motivated when I realize I'm lighter," "I'm sure that every day more confident will become" or "decided that I will be getting healthier." Many people believe that will only get a healthy body with external assistance as surgical techniques or strict diets. But it is important to remember that the essential life force is within our body, and not outside it.
